Personal Assignments

There are three personal assignment for you to complete on this course.

Certification and Time Commitment

In addition to the 8.5 hours of webinar teaching plus 4 hours of study group teaching you can expect to set aside three hours per week for the duration of the course to work through the pre-recorded and video content. In addition there is time for personal practise - the more time that you put into your personal practise the more you will get out this course.

If you are planning to work with children using the Special Yoga methodology and practices you learn on this course you will need to be insured.
To become insured you will need to show evidence of your training in the form of a certificate. Please note that to become certified you will need to:

  1. Attend and fully participate in all webinars and study groups and complete all study group assignments.

  2. Submit all personal assignments on time and reach the standard required as assessed by their Study Group Leader.

  3. Complete a minimum of 85% of the course content.

Different students work at different speed so two hours per week is an average of the time you will need to commit to complete the course. Please plan ahead and set aside this time before the course starts.
