Our Specialist Yoga for Adults training gives tools and practices to support adults with disability, neurological conditions, autism or complex needs.

No previous yoga experience needed.

The training is designed to be practical, hands-on, and achievable, so participants can apply new skills immediately in their work with adults with additional needs, either as a scheduled session, or tools and practices throughout the day to support someone in moments of need.
