Hi, I’m Jyoti 👋
I’m the founder of Special Yoga and an Advanced Trainer.
In 2004, I founded the Special Yoga Centre. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of training thousands of teachers, therapists and parents around the world. Today, it brings me so much joy to see our live sessions led by a deeply experienced team of teacher trainers who hold this work with compassion, connection and grounded, real world understanding.
