Hi, I’m Jyoti
Special Yoga founder & Advanced Trainer.

My journey with yoga began when I was 17. Over the decades, my focus has evolved into making yoga truly accessible, not only for children with special needs, but also for adults with autism and disabilities, whose needs are often overlooked.

This training is close to my heart. It brings together years of experience and the belief that every individual, regardless of age or ability, deserves to feel safe, seen and supported in their body.

You’ll be guided by some of our most experienced teacher trainers. They carry the spirit of Special Yoga with compassion, connection and deep respect for every person’s journey.
