Hi, I’m Jyoti

I first discovered yoga at 17 and since then, I’ve dedicated my life to making yoga accessible especially for children with special needs.
After founding the Special Yoga Centre in 2004, I’ve trained thousands of people to share these practices with children who need them most. Some of our best teacher trainers lead the live sessions, carrying my heart's passion and vision of the Special Yoga teachings with love, compassion, connection and practical experience
I look forward to having you with us on the transformational Special Yoga journey.
