Hi, I’m Jyoti, founder of Special Yoga and an Advanced Trainer.

I first discovered yoga at 17, and since then I’ve dedicated my life to making these practices accessible to children and adults with special needs.

Since founding the Special Yoga Centre in 2004, I’ve had the privilege of training thousands of teachers, therapists and parents around the world. Today, our live sessions are led by a team of experienced teacher-trainers who carry forward the heart of this work, grounded in compassion, connection and real-world practice.

I hope this training becomes a meaningful part of your journey.
