Sleep is very important for our mental and physical health as it is the time when our body restores and heals. Often insomnia or night restlessness is exacerbated by excess anxiety and thinking so enabling an embodied experience with deep breathing allows the body to relax and settle to sleep.

In this short course you’ll learn about the circadian rhythm and the effects has on sleep patterns, natural drowsiness and pre-sleep relaxation and how to calm a busy mind.

There are practices for you and for your child including recordings of yoga nidra to play at bedtime.
