Meet Your Teacher
With over 30 years of experience, Richard Kravetz is a dedicated yoga teacher committed to creating inclusive and accessible yoga spaces for all.
Trained with The British Wheel of Yoga and Special Yoga, Richard specialises in adapting practices for adults, children, individuals with additional needs, and older adults.
He is a passionate advocate for making yoga available to everyone, regardless of mobility, and is widely known for his work in chair yoga and inclusive teaching approaches.
Richard regularly shares the benefits of active ageing—supporting physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing—through his work in day centres, residential homes, and dementia cafés.
His intuitive, compassionate teaching style and ability to meet each individual where they are have earned him deep respect within the yoga community.
